It’s a beautiful winter morning at New Hogan Lake near Valley Springs, CA and everyone is busy setting up transceivers and erecting antennas for Winter Field Day – 2024.
At the 11:00 AM start time, band conditions were excellent. The rigs warmed up. Antennas pointed east. Donuts and homemade brownies with walnuts and a hint of mint are half gone. This is what it looked like.
